Topic: Importance of growing parameters in Oyster Mushrooms

Biography: Graduate from the University of Padova, Department of Environmental Agronomy and Vegetables Crops, with a thesis in nitrogen absorption kinetics for horticultural crops

From 2000 to 2004 employee by the Family Mushroom Business as assistant production manager , with the responsibility of introducing new composting techniques, improving growing efficiency and harvest quality of Agaricus bisporus.

During the year 2004 he got his PhD in Environmental Agronomy at the University of Padova, with a series of research focused on management of nitrogen fertilization for horticultural systems using radiometer devices and fertigation systems.

Daniele Joined Amycel Europe in 2011 with the responsibility of a sales territory including Italy, Greece and Turkey.

Considering the positive trend of mushrooms cultivation worldwide and the increasing interest for the exotics on last years, his interest was lead on Oysters’ cultivation and systems increasing the stability of production.
